Article 1 — Definition of personal information

In this policy, "personal information" means information relating to a living individual, as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, by which a specific individual can be identified from the name, date of birth or other description contained in that information, or which contains an individual identification code.

Article 2 — Collection of personal information

The Company collects our guests' personal information by lawful and fair means, and only to the extent necessary. Specifically, we may collect the following information through the reservation and enquiry forms, details written down at the venue, correspondence by email and similar means.

• Name, and its phonetic reading
• Contact details (email address, telephone number)
• Date and time of your reservation, and details of your visit
• Payment information, such as credit card details
• Information on the identification document presented for identity verification

Article 3 — Purposes of use

The Company uses the personal information it collects within the scope of the following purposes.

1. Accepting, confirming and amending reservations, and communications concerning cancellations
2. Operating the venue, providing services, and invoicing and receiving payment
3. Verifying identity and age, and confirming that a guest does not belong to antisocial forces
4. Responding to enquiries from guests
5. Providing information about the venue and its services, and about promotions
6. Complying with related laws, regulations and guidelines
7. Carrying out other work incidental to the purposes set out above

Article 4 — Provision to third parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the guest, except where one of the following applies.

1. Where required by laws or regulations
2. Where it is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of a person
3. Where personal information is provided, to the extent necessary for the conduct of our business, to subcontractors (payment processing companies, system administration companies and the like)

Article 5 — Security control measures

The Company takes the physical, technical and organisational measures that are necessary and appropriate to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information and otherwise to manage it securely. We also exercise the necessary supervision over our subcontractors so that they maintain an equivalent standard of security control.

Article 6 — Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use

Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guests may request the Company to disclose, correct, add to or delete their own personal information, or to suspend its use or its provision to third parties. Please direct such requests to the contact point set out below. Having verified your identity, we will respond without delay and in accordance with the law.

Article 7 — Use of cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies in order to analyse how the site is used and to improve the quality of our service. You may refuse cookies through your browser settings, in which case some functions of the site may not be available to you.

Article 8 — Revision of this policy

The Company may revise this policy in response to amendments to the law, changes to its business and similar circumstances. Where a material change is made, it will be announced on this website.
